Navy's 5th Scorpene Submarine INS Vagir Launched, Has "Stealth Features" Indian Navy's fifth Scorpene submarine Vagir, having "superior stealth features" like the advanced acoustic absorption technique, was launched today at the Mazagon Dock in south Mumbai.
